About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring a Campaign Marketing Associate to join our growing team.

This entry-level position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, marketing, and business development . Campaign Marketing Associates work directly with prospective customers to introduce products and services, build relationships, increase brand awareness, and support customer acquisition efforts.

No previous experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help team members build strong communication, sales, and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions
• Introduce and explain available products, services, and current promotions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers
• Support the daily execution of sales and marketing campaigns
• Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Track customer interactions and individual performance
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and promotions
• Work alongside team members and leadership to achieve performance goals
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, marketing, and leadership training

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required .
